This was in the dungeon. They would put a living man in the chains and leave him until he rotted. Modern day prisons look pretty posh now don't they?
The pictures are pretty self explanatory. The difference in this castle from others we have been to was that the inside was staged in 1600's furniture, figures with dress, and other such things. I though it was cool but the boys got bored. I won't bore you with the pictures I took of that.
